It comes equipped with steel-colored appliances, washer and dryer in unit. Nice balcony with city view, you’ll be able to enjoy a nice sunset. The building amenities are sweet, all located on the top floors to enjoy the Miami skyline views, you have a rooftop swimming pool with 360 views!! 2 floors lounge/work area, gym with sauna and steam room. Location is ideal, walking distance to Metromover, Bayside, AA Arena, Brickell City Centre, 20 minutes by car to South Beach or Key Biscayne. No parking, but building offers valet for $385 a month or you can self-park at Miami Tower/Knight Parking Garage for $155.01 (As of 3/19).
