Arte Surfside Condo Development

Arte Surfside was developed by SC 8955 LLC (Sapir Corp LTD) and designed by Italian architect Antonio Citterio while the building’ Enzo Enea did s landscape design. Arte has just 16 condo residences comprised of three to six-bedroom floor plans ranging from 3,126 to 7,681 interior square feet.

Who Lives at Arte in Surfside? Arte Surfside gained notoriety in 2021 as the home of Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner after the real estate heirs left Washington, D.C. The couple rented the top-floor penthouse. Other big-name residents include New York-based hedge funder Emilio Bassini, who bought a unit for $13m. More recently, Sapir Corp. sold two units in the building in 2022 for a combined $23.4 million.
